'Alwan called on the Arab world to acknowledge the Jews' right to Palestine, because justice demanded it and also because doing so would end the violence and the killing of Arabs, as well as intra-Arab strife. He added that such a move would also open up new avenues for the Arab world that would be more consistent with the values and needs of modern society.
'Alwan writes that the Arab League is to blame for the refusal to recognize the 1947 U.N. partition plan, for starting a war to prevent its implementation, and for the results of that war, which the Arabs call the Nakba (disaster). He points an accusing finger at the Arab regimes, the Arab League, and the educated circles in the Arab world, saying that they had all used the term "nakba" to direct popular consciousness toward a cultural tradition that neither accepts the other side nor recognizes its rights - thereby promoting bigotry, violence and extremism. He also claims that there have been attempts to rewrite Palestinian history, in order to deny any connection between it and the Jewish people. More...

I modestly concieve Insights when it's based on Truth. Although Truth that seems to disappear at the Most of Arab Regimes, the title of your article says it all. Only if Arab Regimes and the Arab league aknoweldge that hiding a Truth does not delete it. On the contrary, the steady denial a truth such "The Jews have an Historic Right to Palestine" by Arab Regimes faced with a national celebration of their continuous "Thikra" of their failures make what is the Arab World today. The worst is while the Arab Regimes remind us of their failures in all fields (militiray in particular)at least since 60 years, they show neither intention nor willing to change their steady-boring strategy in to approaching their issue of rejecting the 1947 U.N. partition plan.
The rejection or denial of the Truth which is in other term FACTS of life is not new at the Arab Regimes even when dealing with their internal issues that starts with a consistent Denial of problems that DO EXISIT whether they like it or not, i.e.
Denial of the Minorities and woman Rights violation is one of the many violations that the Arab Regimes commit against a portion of their citizens on a regular basis.
Since the core of Arab Regimes distructive policy is mainly and essentially based on the core of their hatred education system I would stop here my letter to end with:
Yes, The Jews do have an historical right to Palestine and in all other Arab countries where they were born, have lived together with their partner-citizens. Those Jews of Arab World are immensely and truly and honestly rooted in their Arab-origin-countries whether the Aarb Regimes like it or not. They still speak their Arabic-native-language in the heart of western countries to which they have fled our Arab land under Arab regimes' systematic evacuations leaving their homes, goods, childhood's souvenirs, friends and neighbours. Those same Jews still cook their traditional Arabic food purchasing vegetables and bread of their remembrance. Finally, I can say that Those Jews-refugees-forgotten people of Arab World do not only Love their Arab origin countries far more than its regimes and rulers do but they are still genuinely and deeply attached to their origin-roots: Arab Countries.
Until, fake believers in God recognize another Eternel Truth i.e. the Planet is God's property and gift for his sons and people to live in Peace, only then, Arab Regimes mindset would know how to approach Human values.
Thank you Aref Alwan for your great article that could make a light infiltrate our dark Arab World. Congratulation and keep writing about Truth and which could hopefully bridge bewteen the peoples of Arab World for a better understanding and respect that could make all of us genuinely embark the boat towards Peace!
