The attempted rewriting of history by means of eliminating events that certain groups would rather not acknowledge is dangerous and fraught with tragic consequences. Why would we ever want our children not to know true history? Bravo to President Sarkozy for taking a stand and drawing the proverbial "line in the sand". He is someone with a conscience and a moral backbone, thank God!
